Feb 27

Marta and Fred are in the airport -- they took the nail scissors I've had since London 1987, but apart from that all goes well and on schedule. We'll be boarding in about an hour, and we've both decided that if you're traveling Air France, as we are, that France lasts until landing.

  1. You're returning on my birthday! Oh, la belle Paris!

Thanks again for the marvelous sharing of a wonderful venture!

    Best and love,

  4. Will there be a new blog titled "Adieu, Paris?" I'm going to go sit in my mother's French room (yes, I'm a second generation Francophile). It's an entire room with everything French, Edith Piaf soundtrack, Fleur de lis everywhere. Thanks for the virtual French tour and welcome home. Nail scissors a small price to pay.
